NSDC celebrates its 2^nd anniversary on 17^th October 2025 with a landmark decision of co-certifying the 1yr hybrid Masters Programme in Sports Dentistry conducted by ISST. NSDC has done a formal MOU with Institute of Sports Science and Technology (ISST), who are pioneers in conducting sports sciences and management programs in India since last 2 decades. This makes the course a unique one in the country.

The dentist can avail of the in-depth knowledge in sports dentistry that this course provides which is now affiliated under NSDC and plus the dentist can carry out events and programs under the NSDC banner to reach out to athletes right from grassroot athletes to international level! The program is carefully crafted keeping in mind the unique oral health needs of the athletes and is a flexible program suitable for busy dental practitioners or even interns/post-graduate students. They have expert faculty for sports dentistry and sports sciences including national and international speakers.

Thus, this collaboration offers the best of everything for the dentist and we encourage more and more dentists to make use of this collaborative effort!!
