MPSD Workshop

On 17th & 18th January 2026, NSDC in association with ISST conducted an intensive and exhaustive Sports Dentistry Workshop, bringing together dental professionals from across the country for two days of learning, practice, and collaboration.

The program combined both theory and hands-on exposure, including:

✔️ On-field dental screenings

✔️ Sports dental first-aid training

✔️ Live demonstrations of sports science equipment

✔️ Hands-on sessions for mouthguards and dental/surgical procedures

✔️ Practical protocols for managing athlete oral health

Beyond the technical knowledge, the workshop created a platform for networking, shared experiences, and building a stronger professional community — all hosted at a wonderful venue with great hospitality and unforgettable memories.

We’re proud to welcome all Masters Programme students into the NSDC family, adding momentum to India’s fast-growing community of Sports Dentists and general dentists passionate about Sports Dentistry.

Graduation Ceremony

NSDC and ISST proudly hosted a grand Celebration, Felicitation & Awards Ceremony celebrating the journey of the Masters Programme in Sports Dentistry. In this special event, students of the Masters Programme were felicitated by a renowned Sports Medicine Physician in Pune, in the presence of respected coaches, stalwarts from the sports ecosystem, and senior dentist members of NSDC.

It was truly inspiring to witness dentists from diverse age groups and backgrounds coming together with a shared passion for Sports Dentistry—clearly reflecting the growing interest and scope of this emerging field in India. As faculty, we take this responsibility with pride—to guide, mentor, and support these future sports dentists as they build a stronger bridge between sports and oral health. A photo session with the dentists wearing graduation robes and waving their graduation hats gave the event a special feel and the event concluded giving long-lasting memories to the participants and an inspiration to take Sports dentistry to the next level!!
