As part of the Major Dhyanchand Rashtriya Khel Mahotsav 2025, NSDC, under the aegis of the Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI), proudly conducted a special oral health awareness and screening camp at Rani Laxmibai Army Girls School, Pirangut on Occasion of National Sports Day – 29th August 2025.

Over 300 young cadets participated in this impactful initiative, where they learned about:

– Importance of oral health & hygiene habits
– Role of mouthguards in sports safety
– Emergency dental injury management
– And received on-site dental screenings from NSDC members

Our efforts were deeply appreciated by the school staff, whose dedication to shaping the future of these young athletes is truly inspiring. Together, we are building a healthier, stronger generation — one smile at a time. This initiative marks yet another meaningful step towards NSDC’s mission of promoting oral health as a key pillar of sports performance across the nation!
