On 27^th July 2025, NSDC achieved another milestone in its mission to promote oral health among athletes by serving as the Dental Health Partner at the National Karate Championship in Pune.

Here’s what made it impactful:

• Numerous athletes from across India underwent on-ground dental screenings
• Coaches and athletes were sensitized to the importance of oral hygiene and injury prevention
• Emphasis was laid on mouthguard awareness for safe sports practices

Through this collaboration, NSDC took yet another strong step in advancing preventive dental care in the sports ecosystem. We whole-heartedly thank the event organizers and every athlete and coach who participated and supported in this initiative. NSDC will continue to protect every smile, one athlete at a time!!
